MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON April 26, 1990 <br /> The following members were present: Kruschke, Quackenbush, Harvey and Kendall <br /> Also: Reynolds. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Kruschke at 7:05 p.m. in Room #2E, <br /> City-County Building as published by Class II Notice. Testimony recorded on <br /> tape. <br /> Harvey/Quackenbush to approve minutes of March 22 and April 24, 1990 - Motion <br /> carried - 3-0. <br /> Public Hearing: Variances and Special Exception Applications: <br /> #1960. Appeal by James R. Robar for a variance from required setback from <br /> normal high watermark as provided by Section 11.03 (2) to permit deck addition <br /> to existing residence at 3272 Brooklyn Drive being Lot #12, Camp Columbia - <br /> Section 25, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Robar OPPOSED: P. Christopher COMMUNICATION: D.N.R. and <br /> P. Christopher <br /> #1961. Appeal by Wade & Kim Mapes for a variance from required sideyard as <br /> provided by Section 10.07 (7) to permit addition to existing residence at 2870 <br /> Lakeside Street being Lots 7 & 8, Block #4, 2nd Addition Waubesa Beach - <br /> Section 8, Town of Dunn. 4 <br /> IN FAVOR: W. & K Mapes OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Letters - P. <br /> Thompson, M. Tusler <br /> #1962.
