Lacey - Pleasant Springs. <br /> Harvey/Quackenbush to deny requested variance from required setback from road <br /> to allow accessory building as constructed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . No appearance at public hearing. <br /> 2) . Building constructed without required permits. <br /> 3) . Building entirely within required setback. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1967. Johnson - Dunn. <br /> Harvey/Rendall to hold in abeyance until May Hearing as per request by <br /> applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1968. Skipper Bud's - Westport. <br /> Rendall/Quackenbush to grant, with conditions, permit to construct boat ramp <br /> and related retaining wall as proposed. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05 (4) of Dane County Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Permit valid for 90 days from granting. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Ramp is intended to replace and update old ramp in need of repair. <br /> 2) . Old derrick crane utilized for lifting boats in and out of water is also <br /> unsafe. <br /> 3) . Applicant has Army Corps and D.N.R. permits on file. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> PETITIONS FROM PREVIOUS HEARINGS: <br /> #1931.
