That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05 (4) of Dane County Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at th completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Permit valid until November 1, 1990. <br /> Also, to grant, with conditions, variance of 14 more or less feet from <br /> required setback to normal high watermark to permit deck addition to residence. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . Variance subject to receiving permission from Lake Kegonsa Sanitary <br /> District to construct within sanitary easement. <br /> 2) . Subject to boathouse renovation not encroaching on 4 foot minimum setback <br /> from normal high watermark. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Property is presently in a natural state and potentially highly erodable. <br /> 2) . New drive and parking area is to keep vehicles from parking in <br /> right-of-way of CTH "AB". <br /> 3) . Applicant is working with professional engineering firm to ensure minimal <br /> disturbance to environmentally sensitive area. <br /> 4) . Residence is structurally sound to hold second story addition. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2) . Permit granted as per plans submitted. <br /> 3) . The filled and/or graded and disturbed areas shall be sodded or seeded <br /> with fast growing grasses and mulched to prevent siltation or erosion. <br /> 4) . The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br /> 5) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> c <br />
