MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> HELD ON MARCH 22, 1990 <br /> PRESENT: Kruschke, Jones , Quackenbush , Harvey . <br /> ALSO: Fleck <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mary Kruschke, Chair, at 7:05 PM in Rm 312 <br /> City-County Bldg. to hold a public hearing as published by Class 11 notice. <br /> Testimony was recorded on tape. <br /> 1 ) . MINUTES: <br /> Quackenbush/Jones approve minutes of Feb . 22, 1990 ; carried 4-0. <br /> 2). PUBLIC HEARING VARIANCES & SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br /> #1951 . Appeal by Richard & Donna Davison for a variance from required <br /> setback from road as provided by Section 10 .16(5) (b )2. to permit residence <br /> as constructed at 6565 Forest Park Drive - being Lot #41 , Terrace Park Plat <br /> - Section 33, Town of Windsor. <br /> IN FAVOR: Richard and Donna Davison. OPPOSED: none TOWN: recommended denial <br /> #1952. Appeal by Lloyd & Sandra Otteson for a variance from required <br /> setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (4) (b) to permit construction <br /> of residential garage at 2879 Bible Camp Road being part of Lot #7, <br /> Assessor's Plat #2 Town of Dunn - Section 9 , Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: L. Otteson OPPOSED: none TOWN: in favor <br /> #1953.
