Applicant reduced requested variance by narrowing garage dimension.. <br /> 2) . Sideyard variance equals previously granted variance for bilco door on <br /> same side. <br /> 3) . Setback variance granted on January 25, 1990. <br /> 4) . Applicant has pie shaped lot and alternative locations non-existant. <br /> 5) . Residence has no basement and storage is limited. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2) .
