Riemen - Dunn - 11/16/89 P.H. <br /> Jones/Quackenbush to deny requested variance from required left sideyard to <br /> permit addition/alteration of existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant and builder approached staff with plan altering structure as to <br /> locate in compliance with required 5 foot minimum sideyard. <br /> 2) . No one appeared to represent this appeal. <br /> 3) . Structural alteration needed and locating correctly is feasible. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1923. Schubert - Westport - 11/16/89 P.H. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant permit, with conditions to fill/grade and <br /> construct drainageway to drain lot and channel run-off. <br /> CONDITONS: <br /> 1) . As per revised plan dated February 22, 1990. <br /> 2) . "Revised plan" will incorporate Crown Road, curbing and run-off diversion. <br /> 3) . Road along lake shall be removed and resodded. <br /> 4) . Permit valid until July 1, 1990. <br /> 5) . The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has revised plan to the satisfaction of Town Board and Zoning <br /> Department Staff. <br /> 2) . County jurisdiction extends 300 feet landward from normal high watermark. <br /> 3) . Project will channel storm water run-off with negligible impact. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, seidmentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1925. Roberts - Windsor - 11/16/89 P.H. <br /> Rendall/Jones to deny permit for fill and grade for project as completed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Project done in conjunction with new home construction and landscaping <br /> etc. exceeds allowable earth disturbing activity under zoning permit. <br /> 2) . Applicant was advised of professional data requirement at November '89 <br /> hearing and has failed to provide information. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Without requested data permit is denied. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #1931. Ballweg - Roxbury 12/21/89 P.H. <br /> Rendall/Jones to hold in abeyance pending further information, abeyance not to <br /> exceed April 26th 1990 Hearing. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br />
