Reynolds. <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman Krushcke at 7:30 p.m. in Room #2E <br /> City-County Building to hold public hearing as published by Class II. <br /> #1935. Appeal by Arthur Grandlich and Robert Bauer for a variance from <br /> required lot area, parking stalls and sideyards as provided by Sections <br /> 10.13(4) , 10.13(8) and 10.13(6) to permit apartment complex as exists at 620 <br /> West Badger Road in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 35, Town of Madison. <br /> FAVOR: R. Bauer OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: County Highway. <br /> #1936. Appeal by Mike Dibble for a variance from required setback from road <br /> as provided by Section 10.17(4) (b) to permit addition to existing residence at <br /> 4421 Noarts Street in the S 1/2 NW 1/4 - being Lot #1, CSM 3133 - Section 8, <br /> Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: M.
