Appeal by Curt & Dianne Haskins for a variance from required sideyard <br /> as provided by Section 10.16(6) to permit accessory building as constructed at <br /> 4447 Beale Street in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 - being Lot #6, Blk. #4, Assr' s Plat #1 <br /> - Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: C. Haskins OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board. <br /> #1944. Appeal by Joseph Leuthner, agent for Kim Bradley for a variance from <br /> required setback from roads as provided by Section 10.17(2) & (3) to permit <br /> addition/alteration of existing structure at 10485 Racek Road in the E 1/2 SW <br /> 1/4 - Section 33, Town of Mazomanie. <br /> IN FAVOR: No appearance OPPOSED: P. McSweeny, J. McSweeny <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board, County Highway, Environmental Health. <br /> Board rendered following decisions: <br /> #1935. Bauer - Madison. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant: Variance of 155,501 square feet from required <br /> lot area. <br /> Variance of 248 stalls from number of required parking stalls. <br /> Also, variance from required sideyards of buildings 9,10,11,12,13,15,16 & 17 <br /> to allow existing multi-family apartment complex as exists. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Complex constructed in 1965 prior to zoning inspection. <br /> 2) . Zoning Administrator has deemed complex "non-conforming" pertaining to <br /> required lot area, parking stalls and sideyards. <br /> 3) . Parking requirement was 1 stall/unit versus the 2 stalls/unit presently <br /> required. <br /> 4) . Variances required for mortgage purposes. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1936. Dibble - Dunn. <br /> Jones/Harvey to deny requested setback variance to Lakeside Street to permit <br /> garage extension. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has large family and requires additional storage as residence <br /> has no basement. <br />
