GARFOOT <br /> ON BEHALF OF KENTON KILMER FOR A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IDENTIFIED AS <br /> C.U.P. # 999 <br /> APPEAL FROM AN ACTION OF <br /> THE DANE COUNTY ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> TO: Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Office of the Zoning Administrator <br /> City-County Building <br /> 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> Pursuant to § 10.255(2)(j) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances, <br /> Judith Koeppl, Eugene Woller and Donna Woller (the "Appellants"), <br /> by DeWitt, Porter, Huggett, Schumacher & Morgan, S.C., their <br /> attorneys, appeal the July 28, 1992 decision of the Dane County <br /> Zoning Committee granting that application of William K. Garfoot on <br /> behalf of Kenton Kilmer for a conditional use permit identified as <br /> C.U.P. # 999 (the "Application"). <br /> The grounds for this appeal are as follows: <br /> (1) The record before the Zoning & Natural <br /> Resources Committee did not support a finding <br /> that the establishment, maintenance, or operation <br /> of the airport authorized by C.U.P. # 999 (the <br /> "Airport") will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, comfort, or general <br /> welfare as required by § 10.255(2)(h)1 of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> (2) The record before the Zoning & Natural <br /> Resources Committee did not support a finding <br /> that the uses, values and enjoyment of other <br /> garfoot.000 AUG 1 7 1992 <br /> ZONING @IV. <br />
