. ° ' <br /> r-vcA -_ <br /> See_ F>cA�� <br /> MINUTES OF MAY 12. 1992 MAZOMANIE TOWN BOARD MEETING <br /> Present: Chairman Ronald Adler , Supervisors Fred Wolf and <br /> Ric Henn , Clerk Roxanne Jordan , and Treasurer Rita 'Henn. <br /> Public: David Witter and Carl Goodwiler <br /> Chairman Adler called the meeting to order and proo f o f <br /> posting was given. <br /> Minutes of the April 7, 1992 meeting were read by Adler. A <br /> motion to approve the minutes as read was made by Henn and <br /> seconded be Wolf . Carried. <br /> Public input: None <br /> Zoning petition #5366 by David Goodwiler agent for Carl <br /> Goodwiler. The board reviewed the proposal for land division <br /> on the Goodwiler property on Dunlap Hollow as presented and <br /> approved by the land plan committee. A motion to approve the <br /> zonino change acid ornm4=r+v divicii no with the czzntinoent that <br /> the zoning be chanoed -from RH-2 to RH-3 s^ on <br /> concerns are taken care of oroperly: Motion by Henn and <br /> seconded-7U 7 Wolf . Carried 3-0. <br /> Zoning petition #5372 Eugene Ditsch , agent for Arthur Barto <br /> to change the zoning from the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture <br /> district to the A-2 (4) Agriculture and RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> district. A motion to approve the petition and variance for <br /> RH-1 zoning was made by Wolf and seconded by Henn. Carried' <br /> Approval of the addition of part of Town of Springfield to <br /> District 1 EMS was made in a motion by Wolf and seconded by <br /> Henn. Carried. <br /> Speed limit on Mathewson and Curtiss Roads was tabled until <br /> town has all the facts and further notice in a motion by Wolf <br /> and seconded by Henn. Carried. <br /> Road Contracts: Bids were received by Scott Construction and <br /> Dane County Highway Department. Bids were received on Laws <br /> Drive, Midland Road , Hodgson Road , Rio Valley Mobile Home <br /> Park roads, and Carpenter Road. A motion was made by Henn to <br /> acceot the bid for Scott Construction to do the road work <br /> with the exception of the work on Midland Road and a <br /> correction to the mileage in the Mobile Home Park . Seconded <br /> by Wolf . Carried. <br /> Other road items: None <br /> A motion was made by Wolf and seconded by Henn to grant the <br /> village approval to run an electric line under Curtiss Road. <br />
