Construction activity at this site has the potential to generate <br /> *Lit end sediment that would be detrimental to the water quality and habitat <br /> of the spring-fed feeder to Dunlap Creek as well as Dunlap Creek itself. <br /> Erosion from the construction site would also adversely affect the wetlands <br /> adjacent Dunlap Creek. <br /> The construction site erosion measures you described over the phone would not <br /> be adequate to protect water quality and habitat of the stream and the <br /> wetlands. Extraordinary construction site control measures will be necessary to fully protect water resources.
