July 28, 1992 <br /> To: The Zoning and Natural Resources Committee <br /> David and I feel that personally this is,an emotional issue, concerning both <br /> sides. In trying to keep with the items at hand, we will write our letter in an approach <br /> to stay strictly with the issues. <br /> John Halverson has surveyed our driveway grade and location - approved by <br /> the Mazomanie Planning Committee. <br /> Craig McCullen, with the aid of Kevin Conner, has drawn up the Erosion Control <br /> Plan. In conversation with Mr. McCullen, the plan was sent with a letter of approval to <br /> the Dane County Zoning Committee. (See attached.) Also included is the home site. <br /> In the plan any drainage from the hill will not be going in the direction of the <br /> Muckler's land, or the wetland. The plan is to have the ditch (reference #1 - Typical <br /> Ditch Sec. - STA 4+50-8+50) drain into a grassy area. To our knowledge most of the <br /> existing run-off will be discontinued by constructing this ditch area. <br /> We have met perk test requirements for septic and understand zoning changes <br /> from RH2 to RH3. <br /> We believe we have settled on the density issue in acquiring ten acres instead <br /> of the original (4 to 6) acres, which was passed through the Mazomanie Planning <br /> Committee. <br /> We feel our Erosion Control Plan coincides with the planning for the <br /> environment in the surrounding area.
