~• <br /> ~ <br /> \ <br /> The board authorized the clerk to call for service on the <br /> comouter for problems in the programing. <br /> Motion was made by Wolf that the Land Plan Committee make a <br /> recommendation to the board of someone to take notes at their <br /> meetings preferably from within themselves. Seconded by <br /> Henn. Additionally, the board decided that the copier would <br /> remain locked in the clerk/treasurer 's office and that the <br /> clerk should provide Land Plan Committee chair Fred Teitgen <br /> with a key to the Town Hall meeting room. <br /> The board tabled the Dane County ordinance amendments in a <br /> motion by Wolf and seconded bv Henn. Carried. <br /> The board added the transfer site as a place of posting of <br /> town notices in addition to the Town Hall door , community <br /> building bulletin board , and the post office. <br /> Fire Truck Financing: The bank has quoted an interest rate <br /> of 5. 75%. After discussion , the board in a motion by Henn <br /> and seconded by Wolf voted to refinance $13,606 balance on <br /> current fire truck note and to add $11 ,300 needed for new <br /> fire truck and to set the term on the new note for I years. <br /> Board Input: A reouest was received from Glenn Brookhyser <br /> for reimbursement of taxes oaid on a parcel in the wrong <br /> school district. Review of statutes showed that all claims <br /> for such errors must be made by January 31 of the year the <br /> tax is payable. Upon discussion , the board felt it would be <br /> appropriate to refund the difference of $54. 48 for <br /> overpayment for two years. Motion made bv Henn and seconded <br /> by Wolf . Carried. <br /> A motion to approve the disbursements with additions was made <br /> by Henn and seconded bv Wolf . Carried. <br /> The next meeting date was set for June 16. 1992 at 7: 30 PM. <br /> A motion to adjourn was made by Wolf and seconded by Adler. <br /> Adjourned. <br /> Roxanne �ordan , Clerk <br />
