Cont. ##5368 <br /> Page 2 <br /> (3) LANDSCAPING <br /> (a) Landscaping shall be provided in the setback areas adjacent to <br /> parking lots as a minimum. <br /> (b) Said landscaping shall be installed in accordance with a plan <br /> approved by the Developer. <br /> (c) The Developer Approved Landscape Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Burke Plan Commission. Along with the Building Plans for review. <br /> (4) BUILDING REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) 12% of the building facing a street or highway shall be stone, <br /> brick, glass, or any combination thereof. <br /> (b) Loading docks shall be accessed wi,thout backing on a public <br /> street. <br /> (c) Buildings shall be designed with sewer and water system being <br /> able to connect to public sewers if a holding tank, septic <br /> systems, and/or wells are used. When public sewer and/or water <br /> is available. Buildings shall be hooked up within 12 months and <br /> the existing system removed or abandoned in accordance with <br /> applicable state and county regulations. <br /> (5) RUBBISH CONTAINERS <br /> (a) Rubbish containers and recycling bins shall be enclosed in <br /> masonry enclosure(s) compatible with the building exteriors. <br /> 16) SIGNS <br /> (a) All signs shall be in conformance with applicable state and <br /> county sign restrictions and regulations. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
