TOWN BOARD., - June 2 , 1992 <br /> The regular semi-monthly meeting of the Town Board was called to order at <br /> the administration building at 8 :00PM. Members present: Grosskopf , Ripp, <br /> Van Dinter. Members absent: none. Also attending were Sue Halweg, Dave <br /> Reilly, Dave Quam, Pam' & Aimee Rathsack, Tina Warner, John Fullmer and <br /> approximately thirty Fox Bluff/South Meadow/Emslie property owners . <br /> The minutes of the May 19th meeting were approved as read on a motion by <br /> Mr. Van Dinter, second Mr. Ripp. <br /> Resolution 92-18 (CUP 998 - extend CUP 500 for mineral extraction with <br /> conditions) was adopted on a motion by Mr. Grosskopf , second Mr. Ripp. <br /> Conditions include the open excavation area not to exceed a maximum of <br /> eight acres and the CUP limited to one year. Resolution 92-19 (CUP 1000 - <br /> day care for twenty children at 5488 Catfish Court with conditions) was <br /> adopted on a motion by Mr . Ripp, second Mr. Van Dinter. The conditions <br /> were as recommended by the Plan Commission and included a five year <br /> renewal subject to an annual review for the first three years , provide a <br /> five car off-street parking area and an unlit sign no larger than 4 ' x 5 ' . <br /> . The responses to the Fox Bluff/South Meadow sewer survey were reviewed. <br /> Following a lengthy discussion, the decision to repair the roads with no <br /> sewer construction was approved on a motion by Mr. Van Dinter, second Mr . <br /> Grosskopf with Mr. Ripp dissenting. <br /> Dave Reilly and Sue Halweg appeared to discuss the concerns raised by the <br /> fill on Lot 15 Tara 1st addition. The clerk was instructed to contact the <br /> attorney for information on enforcement of deed restrictions . The clerk <br /> was also instructed to prepare information for requesting speed limit <br /> verification for several roads . <br /> Dave Quam appeared to discuss the improvement of the River Road drainage at <br /> the corner of Imperial . The site will be reviewed before consideration. <br /> Mayo Corporation was also instructed to continue with the necessary plans <br /> for the Fox Bluff/South Meadow road improvements . <br /> On a motion by Mr. Ripp, second Mr . Van Dinter, the following liquor & <br /> fermented malt beverage licenses were granted on the condition that all <br /> state and local requirements have been complied with: <br /> Class A - Beer & Liquor Stop-N-Go of Waukesha, Inc , M. Rossing, Agent <br /> Donna Ann D. Taylor & Barbara Taylor-Clark <br /> Class B - Beer & Liquor Mariners Inn, Inc, W. E. Von Rutenberg, Agent <br /> Nau-Ti-Gal , Inc , W. B. Von Rutenberg, Agent <br /> Cherokee Park, Inc , Dennis Tiziani , Agent <br /> Nancy Wipperfurth <br /> Edmund Essert <br /> Lazo ' s Whitehouse, Inc, R. Lanzendorf , Agent <br /> Jane R. Lange <br /> Sam J. Jacobsen <br /> Class B - Beer Mazanet Marina, Inc, Howard Mazanet, Agent <br /> Also approved were all operator , amusement and cigarette license <br /> applications for the above licensees on file with the clerk on a motion by <br /> Mr. Ripp, second Mr. Van Dinter. <br /> Current bills were paid on a motion by Mr. Ripp, second Mr. Van Dinter. <br /> Motion to adjourn by Mr. Van Dinter , second Mr. Ripp. Meeting adjourned at <br /> 12 : 02AM. <br /> Sharon L.
