Property is surrounded by Village of DeForest which allows structures <br /> nearer than 75 feet to normal high watermark. <br /> 4). Applicant was unaware of previous variance or locational requirements. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2).
