Appellant wishes to erect "pylon" on premise sign on commercial property <br /> which would exceed height and areas prescribed by Ordinance as per Zoning <br /> Administrator's interpretation regarding adjoining highways. <br /> 2) . Property has access to Rusk Avenue which has a speed limit of 35 M.P.H. <br /> or less maximum permitted sign height is 20 feet above centerline grade and <br /> maximum sign area of 100 square feet. <br /> 3). Rusk Avenue serves as Frontage Road to beltline highway - beltline <br /> highway maximum sign area is 300 square feet and maximum height above <br />
