Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2). Road right-of-way is extremely narrow, being only 24.9 feet, and any <br /> on-street parking presents congestion. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Residence reconstruction is over existing foundation and identical to <br /> that which was destroyed by July 1992 tornado. <br /> 2). Right-of-way curves inward towards property. <br /> 3). Home originally built and Certificate of Compliance was issued while <br /> structure in violation. <br /> 4). Porch is to be roofed over and not to be enclosed. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2).
