ZONING ORDIN►1NCE fMENOME 441.1-. mow= oak 7•r' <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning istricts in the Tow 134 <br /> _ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended <br /> to include in the c-2 Commercial district <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Berry described as follows: <br /> Beginning 204.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section 10; thence <br /> East 93 feet; thence South 231 feet; thence West 93 feet; thence North to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the County <br /> Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br /> 1) . Use of the property shall be restricted to one residence and major re- <br /> • pairs to motor vehicles. <br /> 2) . No more than five (5) vehicles for repair shall be stored or parked on the <br /> premises and not more than two (2) such vehicles shall be stored or parked <br /> outside of the building. <br /> 3) .
