Building setbacks shall be in accordance with Dane <br /> County ordinance, accept as modified herein . <br /> B. Buildings shall be a minimum of 75 feet from <br /> property lines along I-90-94 and the ramp . <br /> C. Buildings shall be a minimum of 15 feet from a side <br /> lot line. <br /> D. Parking lots shall be a minimum of 20 feet from the <br /> property lies along I-90-94 <br /> E. Parking lots shall be a minimum of 15 feet from the <br /> property lines along local streets. <br /> F. Parking lots shall be a minimum of 7 feet from a <br /> side lot line and rear lot line. <br /> 2 . Lot Coverage : <br /> The building and parking shall not cover more than 80% <br /> of the total lot. <br /> 3. Landscaping: <br /> A. Landscaping shall be provided in the setback areas <br /> adjacent to parking lots as a minimum. <br /> B. Said landscaping shall be installed in accordance <br /> with a plan approved by the Developer. <br /> C. The Developer Approved Landscape Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the Burke Plan Commission. Along with <br /> the Building Plans for review. <br /> 4. Building Requirements: (As approved by Developer) <br /> A. 12% of the building facing a street or highway shall <br /> be stone, brick, glass, or any combination thereof. <br /> B. Loading docks shall be accessed without backing on a <br /> public street. <br />
