Hamilton St. , Suite 403 <br /> Madison , WI 53703 <br /> Dear Commissioners: <br /> The Town Board of the Town of Burke would like to urge the <br /> Regional Planning Commission to recommend the approval of <br /> the zoning change from A-1 to C-2 on the property located in <br /> the South West Quadrant of I-90-94 and Hwy 19 known as the <br /> Faber Property. <br /> Attached is the limited C-2 zoning that the property owner <br /> has agreed to have placed on the land. <br /> This would in our opinion be consistent with the zoning in <br /> the North East and South East Quadrants.
