PETITION #5400 by James A. Gang, agent for Dwight Stevens and Kenneth <br /> Krall to change the zoning from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to RH-3 and RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes on property located North of 919 Graffin Lane in part of the N 1/2 <br /> NE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Deerfield. <br /> MOTION by Sara/Kiley to amend the zoning from RH-3 to RH-2 and reduce the <br /> area to less than 8 acres; carried 7-0. <br /> MOTION by Sara/Kiley to approve as amended; carried 7-0. <br /> 0. The use shall be limited to a waste-oil collection site including 2 <br /> dumpsters for disposal of trash. <br /> 2. The site dimensions shall be 120' x 120' as specified by the city. <br /> 3. The City of Madison shall be held responsible and liable for <br /> clean-up of any contamination caused by the operation of the site. <br /> An agreement which specifies the City's responsibility shall be <br /> executed between the City and the Town of Westport. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> MOTION by Berceau/Kiley to find that with the imposed conditions the <br /> standards are met and to grant the permit; carried 6-1, Sara voting no. <br /> 31. PETITION #5401 by Williamson Surveying, agent for Thomas Maurer to change <br /> the zoning from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to RH-1 Rural Homes on property <br /> located West of 3594 Timber Lane in part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 25, Town <br /> of Cross Plains. <br /> MOTION by Skindrud/Kiley to approve; carried 7-0. <br /> 32.
