We would request <br /> the CUP be limited to these specific items as well as requiring the <br /> executed agreement between the Town and the City of Madison to <br /> provide for the cleanup of all contamination of the property that <br /> may occur. The City is in the process of drafting the agreement. <br /> If an expanded use isiGgessaryl at a future date, we would request a <br /> review at that time. <br /> Thank you for your consideration.
