BOA 10/27/94 Minutes <br /> Page 10 <br /> #2566. Wentworth - Dunn - 9/22/94 P.H. <br /> DREPS/GASRILL to hold appeal until November Hearing upon request of <br /> applicant. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2504. DeCelles - Dunn - 4/28/94 P.H. <br /> DREPS/KLOPP to grant with conditions Special Exception Permit to <br /> fill and grade, for lot drainage, as proposed. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the <br /> Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and <br /> regulations particularly Section 11. 05 (4) of Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate <br /> of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the <br /> project. <br /> 4) . That plan incorporate winter erosion control measures for <br /> disturbed areas until vegetation is established. <br /> 5) . Completion and certification deadline of June 1, 1995. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Lot drainage patterns needed after recently constructed <br /> residence. <br /> 2) . Property severely drops towards lake. <br /> 3) . System of drains and swales move water from roadside, around <br /> residence, and down towards lake. <br /> 4) . Engineering by Nick George P.E. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not <br /> result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, <br /> sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and <br /> healthful conditions.
