Endres OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: --- <br /> RLOPP/DREPS Grant variance of 39 feet from required setback to <br /> normal high watermark also Variance of 6. 3 feet from required <br /> setback to Batz Road to permit additions to existing residence as <br /> proposed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Maximum addition proposed is 24 . 4 ' x 15 ' and to be living <br /> space and deck. <br /> 2) . Owner has mobility difficulties and additions are handicap <br /> accessible. <br /> 3) . Neither variance encroaches nearer to setback than does <br /> existing structure. <br /> 4) . Several previous variances granted to this property. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2590. Appeal by Marianne Welsh and Scott Hangartner for a <br /> variance from required maximum square footage of accessory <br /> buildings a provided by Section 10. 04 (1) to permit construction of <br /> residential garage at 4238 Morris Park Road being Lot #2 , - Morris <br /> Park Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Welsh, S. Hangartner OPPOSED: -- COMMUNICATION: <br /> DREPS/GASRILL to grant variance of 84 square feet from maximum <br /> allowable square footages of accessory buildings to allow lower <br /> storage level under 24 ' x 24 ' proposed garage. <br /> 1) . Proposed structure has existing Variance for setback from road <br /> and Special Exception Permit granted for associated filling and <br /> site work. <br /> 2) . Applicant wishes to utilize lower level of garage for storage. <br /> 3) . Request is similar to many of those previously granted in <br /> area. <br /> 4) . Property is sloped towards lake from road and to drive-in from <br /> road full foundation needed under garage. <br />
