Property is in an area of numerous nonconforming structures <br /> with numerous variances being granted. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2588 . Rio OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> GASRILL/DREPS to deny requested Variance from allowable square <br /> footage of accessory buildings in residence district to permit <br /> storage shed as constructed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . 10 x 12 Accessory building replaces former 10 x 10 metal <br /> building. <br /> 2) . Building location same and same slab utilized. <br /> 3) . Building erected without necessary permits. <br /> 4) . Previous Variance (#1623) was granted to accommodate new <br /> garage as lot across street with residence on it cannot accommodate <br /> accessory building. <br /> 5) . Needed storage should be accommodated within residential <br /> garage. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> IL, <br />
