Ashpole OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> GASRILL/KLOPP to grant variance of 2 . 4 feet from required left <br /> sideyard to permit additions to existing residence as proposed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Additions are to expand existing bedrooms, 20 ' x 25 ' family <br /> room and connecting deck\walkway. <br /> 2) . Lot is narrow at 40 feet in width. <br /> 3) . Adjoining neighbor wishes not to transfer lands however does <br /> not object to variance. <br /> 4) . Property is in an area of numerous nonconforming structures <br /> with many variances being granted. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2562 . Appeal by Sean Whinnery for a variance from required <br /> setback from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (5) to permit <br /> residence as constructed at 7529 Oak Circle Drive - being Lot #28, <br /> Scenic Ridge Estates - Section 29, Town of Springfield. <br /> (WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT) <br /> #2563 . Appeal by Kien Chi & Nuanchan Ma for a variance from <br /> required sideyards as provided by Section 10. 16 (5) to permit <br /> additions to existing single family residence as proposed at 833 <br /> Dane Street - being Lot #24, Block #2 , Oakridge Subdivision - <br /> Section 35, Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: K. Ma OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> DREPS/GASRILL to grant variance of 3 feet from the minimum <br /> aggregate sideyard requirement to allow residential addition as <br /> proposed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Addition continues existing building line, not further <br /> encroaching. <br /> 2) . Lot width is 60 feet and required sideyards total 15 feet. <br /> 3) . Addition will replace deteriorating porch in that location. <br /> 4) . Property is in an area of numerous nonconforming structures on <br /> sub-standard lots. <br />
