Applicant wishes to construct storage building 70 feet from <br /> centerline of Highway while ordinance requires 100 foot minimum. <br /> 2) . Building to be utilized for storage of collector vehicles. <br /> 3) . Lot is virtually flat and alternative locations are available. <br /> 4) . Locating building nearer road would lessen length of <br /> additional driveway. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2565. Appeal by Dick Madigan & M.E.M. for a variance from <br /> required location of on-premise pylon sign as provided by Section <br /> 10. 78 (8) & (9) to permit proposed signage at 5305 CTH M in the NW <br /> 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 28, Town of Westport. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. B. Growney OPPOSED: COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> GASRILL/KLOPP to hold request in abeyance until October Hearing at <br /> the request of applicant. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2566. Appeal by David Wentworth for a variance from required <br /> sideyard and setback to normal high watermark as provided by <br /> Sections 10. 16 (5) and 11. 03 to permit second story addition to <br /> existing single family residence and also for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11. 05 (3) to permit filling, grading, <br /> etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Kegonsa at 3294 Brooklyn Drive - <br /> being Lot #7, Camp Brooklyn - Section 25, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Wentworth OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> DREPS/GASRILL to grant variance of 72± feet from required setback <br /> to normal high watermark also to grant variance of 4 .7 feet from <br /> required right sideyard to permit second story addition to <br /> residence. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> GASRILL/KLOPP to hold Special Exception Permit request in abeyance <br /> until October Hearing to allow for submittal of necessary items. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Second story addition will be over existing footprint. <br /> 2) . New lower level deck will replace former deck while not <br /> encroaching nearer to normal high watermark than does existing <br /> residence. <br /> 3) . Variance #2525 granted 7/28/94 for additions to first floor. <br />
