COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MINUTES OF JUNE 23 , 1994 <br /> PRESENT: Dreps, Gaskill, Klopp and Quackenbush <br /> ALSO: Fleck and Reynolds <br /> Meeting called to order at 6: 30 p.m. by Chairman Quackenbush in <br /> Room 2E City-County Building to hold public hearing as published by <br /> Class II Notice. <br /> MINUTES: Minutes of 5/19 and 5/26 - Klopp/Dreps to approve. <br /> Motion carried 4-0. <br /> #2523 . Appeal by Don & Louise Foster for a variance from required <br /> setback from normal high watermark as provided by Section 11. 03 (2) <br /> to permit addition to existing residence as constructed at 4565 <br /> Sprecher Road in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 2, Town of Blooming <br /> Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: L. Foster OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: --- <br /> DREPS/GASKILL to grant variance of 7 feet, plus or minus, from <br /> required setback to normal high water mark to permit residence and <br /> enclosed porch addition to residence as constructed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Applicants constructed new single family residence in 1987 and <br /> enclosed porch in 1991. <br /> 2 . Intermittent stream is meandering tributary to Door Creek. <br /> 3 . Permits issued in reliance on plumbers drawing and may not have <br /> been exact. <br /> 4. Structure is situated between road, side lot line, stream, <br /> septic and well. <br /> 5. Zoning inspector okayed foundation location of residence in <br /> 1987. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried 4-0. <br /> #2524. Appeal by Steve Newcomer for a variance from required <br /> setback from normal high watermark as provided by Section 11. 03 (2) <br /> to permit proposed addition to existing residence at 2771 Tower <br /> Road being Lot #20, Block #1, Greenridge Park - Section 9, Town of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: S. Newcomer OPPOSED: J. Meyer, C. Boyer, P. Priefer <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> DREPS/GASKILL to grant with condition: Variance of 8 . 75 feet, plus <br /> or minus from required setback to normal high water mark of Lake <br /> tior Waubesa to permit wood deck to extend not more than 10 feet from <br /> existing residence. <br /> CONDITION: <br /> 1.
