Applicants residence appears nearer to water than adjoining <br /> property owners. <br /> 2. Proposed screen porch would be eliminated in favor of open <br /> deck. <br /> 3. Appeal is a re-do of a denied request, one year ago, with <br /> amended proposal. <br /> 4. Approval is consistent with intent to limit encroachment and <br /> not impede view of lake. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried 4-0. <br /> #2525.
