�Ir• <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE <br /> MINUTES OF May 26, 1994 <br /> PRESENT: Dreps, Quackenbush, Gaskill and Klopp <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Fleck and Reynolds. <br /> Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman Quackenbush in <br /> Room 2E City-County Building to hold public hearing as published by <br /> Class II Notice. <br /> MINUTES: March 24, 1994 - Gaskill/Dreps to approve. Motion <br /> carried - 3-0. (Klopp - abstain) . <br /> April 25 and 28, 1994 Gaskill/Klopp to approve. Motion carried - <br /> 3-0. (Dreps - abstain) . <br /> #2508. Appeal by Bluebell R. Standal Trust for a variance from <br /> required setback from roads as provided by Sections 10. 17 (4) and <br /> 10. 16 (5) (b) to permit entry addition/replacement to existing <br /> residence at 1704-1706 Martin Street being Lots 14 and 15 Block #8, <br /> Lake Forest Plat - Section 34, Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Standal OPPOSED: COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> Cry DREPS/GASKILL to grant variances of 3 . 05 feet from required setback <br /> to Martin Street and 7. 6 feet from required setback to Dunn Place <br /> to permit entry stoop steps as constructed and deck addition as <br /> proposed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Entry stoop and steps, constructed without necessary permits, <br /> duplicates deteriorated original entry. <br /> 2) . Ordinance allows 10 foot entry incursion into setback while <br /> 3. 05 feet of steps extends beyond. <br /> 3) . 8 feet of encroaching enclosure will be removed, on Dunn Place <br /> side, and replaced with 6 feet of open deck. <br /> 4) . Property is a corner lot and is afforded a minimal reduced <br /> setback to Dunn Place. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2509. Appeal by William & Kathy Goldmann for a variance from <br /> required setback from road and required sideyard as provided by <br /> Section 10. 17 (5) and 10. 07 (7) to permit garage relocation at 3232 <br /> Aalseth Lane being Lot #1, Camp Dewey - Section 25, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: B & K Goldman OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> KLOPP/GASKILL to grant variance of 2 feet from required 10 foot <br /> minimum left sideyard to permit garage addition to residence as per <br /> amended request by applicant. <br />
