Appeal by Dennis & Velma Strander for a variance from <br /> required sideyard and setback to normal high watermark as provided <br /> by Sections 10. 16 (5) and 11. 03 (2) to permit additions/alterations <br /> to existing residence as proposed at 2795 Willow Court being Lot 4 <br /> Greenridge Park - Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Strander OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> GASRILL/DREPS to grant variances of 2± feet from required left <br /> sideyard also variance of 10. 25 feet from required setback to <br /> normal high watermark to permit 2nd story addition and roof <br /> alteration of existing residence as proposed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Project is to be constructed on existing footprint and extends <br /> existing building line. <br /> 2) . Present second story due to roof pitch, has limited use by <br /> lack of headroom. <br /> 3) . Project will add useable bedroom area to second story and <br /> remove valleys and roof leak points due to numerous additions. <br /> 4) . Project is supported by Town Board and adjoining property <br /> owner. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning odinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2513 . Appeal by Donald & Patricia Lund for a variance from <br /> required lot area, lot width and square feet of accessory buildings <br /> as provided by Sections 11. 03 (1) , 10. 05 (4) and 10. 04 (1) to permit <br /> lot division by certified survey map at 2289 Williams Point Drive - <br /> being Lots 34, 35 and part 36, Williams Point Plat - Section 19, <br /> Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Lund OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board and <br /> Norbert Scribner. <br /> GASRILL/DREPS to grant variane of 30± feet from required lot width <br /> at the building setback line for proposed Lot #1 and 40± feet from <br /> required lot width at the building setback line for proposed Lot <br /> #2, Also, to grant a variance of 400 square feet from maximum <br /> square footage of accessory buildings to allow existing boathouse <br /> without a residence on lot. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Of original platted lots applicant presently owns 2 1/2 lots. <br /> With the 1/2 lot being buildable. <br /> 2) . Upon completion of survey applicant proposes to start <br /> construction of residence on vacant lot. <br /> 3) . Resultant lots will be larger than originally platted however <br /> CSM requirement necessitate variances. <br /> Cry <br />
