Through down-sizing pool and revised location, 75 foot setback <br /> to normal high watermark can be met. <br /> 2) . Engineering data provided by William Borton P.E. <br /> 3) . Normal high watermark elevation has not been set by Department <br /> of Natural Resources. <br /> 4) . Erosion control measures in place through all phases of <br /> construction. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> (11, 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not <br /> result in substantial detriment of navigable waters by erosion, <br /> sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and <br /> healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> Discussion Of letter from M.
