New home constructed 2 years ago and majority of fill and <br /> grade has been completed for lot drainage. <br /> 2) . Deck, under construction, and stairs with landing, completed, <br /> were started without benefit of required permits. <br /> 3) . Sideyard variance can be eliminated with at grade entry and <br /> walk. <br /> 4) . Requested engineering data will address walkway, entryway and <br /> final, lot drainage issues. <br /> 5) . 'Board has routinely considered 12 feet to be standard deck <br /> size to encroach into required normal high watermark setback. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> #2505.
