BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 17, 1994 <br /> PRESENT: Dreps, Gaskill, Quackenbush and Klopp <br /> ALSO: Fleck and Reynolds. <br /> Meeting call to order at 6: 30 P.M. by Chairman Quackenbush in room <br /> #2-E to hold public hearing as published by Class II Notice. <br /> Minutes: Gaskill/Rlopp to amend minutes to include #2567 - <br /> withdrawn by applicant. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Gaskill/Dreps to approve minutes of 10/20 and 10/27 as amended. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2581. Appeal by John Koeppl, agent for the Town of Blue Mounds <br /> from actions taken by the Dane County Zoning and Natural <br /> Resources Committee and Land Division Review Officer pertaining to <br /> provision of Dane County Ordinances Chapters 10 and 75. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Koeppl OPPOSED: R. Nordeng COMMUNICATION: -- <br /> Dreps/Gaskill to hold appeal until December Hearing and request <br /> further submittals to the Board be forwarded to the Board 2-weeks <br /> prior to hearing. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2582 . Appeal by Robert A. Holub for a Special Exception Permit as <br /> provided by Section 11. 05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , <br /> within 300 feet of the Yahara River at 6861 Moonstone Court being <br /> Lot #15, Hidden Springs - Section 30, Town of Windsor. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Holub OPPOSED: M. Ziesler, B. Wachowiak <br /> COMMUNICATION: -- <br /> DREPS/GASRILLL to hold request until December Hearing and direct <br /> applicant to immediately properly install erosion barrier, to Have <br /> proper plans to submit, including temporary and permanent erosion <br /> controls, and Board will revisit the site on December Inspection <br /> Trip. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2583 . Appeal by Russ Tollefson for a variance from required <br /> sideyard and setback from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (4) and <br /> 10. 16 (4) (g) and (6) (a) to permit residential garage addition at <br /> 2815 Willow Court being Lot #13 , Crescent Park - Section 9 , Town <br /> of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Kasuboske OPPOSED: -- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> Gaskill/Rlopp to hold appeal not beyond January Hearing to allow <br /> applicant to explore design alternatives. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2584 . Appeal by James P. Watkins for a variance from required <br /> sideyard, setback from road and maximum height as provided by <br /> Sections 10. 07 (7) , 10. 17 (4) , and 10. 06 (3) to permit residential <br /> additions at 244 Koshkonong Drive being Lot #28 and Part Lot #27, <br /> Block 5, Highwood Estates, Third Addition - Section 36, Town of <br /> Albion. <br />
