BOA MINUTES 11/20/97 <br /> Page 1 <br /> C <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 20, 1997 <br /> PRESENT: Klopp, Ross, Hamre, Kluesner and Kay <br /> ALSO: Reynolds <br /> Meeting called to order at 6: 40 P.M. by Acting Chair Kay in <br /> Room 2-E City-County Building to hold Public Hearing as <br /> published by Class II Notice. <br /> Minutes : HAMRE/KLOPP to approve minutes of October 16, 1997 <br /> and October 23, 1997 as submitted. Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> (Ross and Hamre, abstain) <br /> #2886. Appeal by Patricia Gray for a variance from required <br /> setback from road as provided by Sections 10. 17 (4) and <br /> 10. 16 (4) (fm) to permit entry addition to existing residence <br /> as constructed at 521 Christianson Avenue being Lot #415 and <br /> part Lot #414, C.A. Gallagher Park Subdivision-Section 5, <br /> Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Gray OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: --- <br /> KLUESNER/HAMRE to hold request in abeyance until February <br /> Hearing to allow exploration of Ordinance Amendment that <br /> would remove necessity of Variance. Motion carried -4-1 . <br /> (Klopp, abstain) <br /> #2887 . (Withdraw) <br /> #2888 . Appeal by Blaine Bunbury for a variance from <br /> required setback from normal high watermark as provided by <br /> Section 11 . 03 (2) to permit structural roof replacement for <br /> existing residence at 4332 Jordan Drive being Lot #34, <br /> Brictson Park - Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: B. Bunbury OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> KLUESNER/HAMRE to grant a Variance of 12 . 4 feet from <br /> required setback to normal high watermark of Lake Waubesa to <br /> allow re-roof of existing residence as proposed. <br /> Finding of Fact: <br /> 1) . Existing residence has flat roof and proposal is to <br /> convert to pitched roof system. <br /> 2) . Existing footprint will remain unchanged. <br /> 3) .
