Applicant proposes to expand and enclose existing porch <br /> creating an 8' x 17' room. <br /> 2) . Entire residence is within required setback and <br /> proposal is to add to that part of home furthest from road. <br /> 3) . Applicant has previous Variance for (Variance #226- <br /> 7/20/73) addition lying nearer to centerline. <br /> 4) . Proposal is to cover an existing entry which is need of <br /> repair. <br /> 5) .
