That plans and specifications be <br /> prepared <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed ewith <br /> the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable l ruls <br /> and regulations PP governmental rules <br /> particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> tor completion of the project . <br /> 4) . Special Exception Permit covers project within 300 feet <br /> of normal high watermark of Sugar River, soil erosion <br /> control permit issued covers balance of driveway and <br /> residential construction. <br /> 3) . Proposal is to prevent erosion, during driveway <br /> construction, through the use of earthen berms and sediment <br /> traps . <br /> 4) . Sugar River lies across Sugar River Road and potential <br /> is slight for erosion ever reaching. <br /> 5) . Project designed and specifications provided by Daniel <br /> Day Professional Engineer. <br /> Conclusion. <br />
