Appeal by Charles Lescrenier for a variance from <br /> required sideyards as provided by Sections 10. 07 (7) and <br /> 10. 16 (5) to permit deck additions as constructed at 4848 and <br /> 4852 Morris Court being Lots 17, 18 and 19, Block 1, Morris <br /> Park and adjacent lands in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 33, <br /> Town of Westport. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Jacobson, C. Lescrenier OPPOSED: --- <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> KLOPP/HAMRE to hold variance request on Lot #18 until the <br /> January 1998 Public Hearing to allow applicant to provide <br /> document linking Lots 17 and 18 as one for zoning purposes . <br /> Motion carried 4-0 . <br /> KLOPP/KLUESNER to deny requested sideyard variance on Lot <br /> #19 to allow deck encroachment as constructed. <br /> Finding of Fact : <br /> 1) . Applicant obtained Zoning Permit ZP 1997 1728 with site <br /> plan showing sufficient sideyards being met. <br /> 2) . Lot is 48 . 14 feet in width and has a minimum <br /> requirement of 5 feet on each side. <br /> 3) . Encroachment is 0. 9 feet to right sideyard on Lot #19 <br /> and 0. 6 feet to left sideyard, after recording a document <br /> tior tying Lot 18 and Lot 17 as one <br /> Conclusion: 0P IOC`(?)' <br /> (Lot #19) : <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried <br /> 3-1 (Hamre, no) . <br /> #2899. Appeal by Craig and Karianne Sletten for a variance <br /> from required setback from road as provided by Section <br /> 10. 17 (4) to permit privacy fence as constructed at 2812 <br /> Willow Court being part of Outlot #A, Crescent Park in the <br /> SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: C. Dodge OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board, R. Tollefson <br /> KLOPP/KLUESNER to grant, with condition, variances of 20 <br /> feet from required setback to right-of-ways of Willow Court <br /> and Crescent Drive to permit privacy fence as constructed. <br /> Condition: <br /> 1) . That a vision triangle of 30 feet along both right-of- <br /> way lines be maintained. <br /> Finding of Fact: <br /> 1) . Applicant had constructed a six foot high, solid <br /> privacy fence at right-of-way lines of Willow Road and <br /> Crescent Drive. <br /> 2) . Applicant has large dog and height and solid are <br /> required for containment. <br />
