That applicant ensure that no drainage or eroded <br /> materials reach CTH J. <br /> 10) . Completion and certification deadline of May 15, 1998 . <br /> Finding of Fact: <br /> 1) . Applicant has new residence under construction (ZP 97- <br /> 2288) and is presently utilizing a construction driveway. <br /> 2) . Rough grading for construction and septic installation <br /> has taken place and erosion measures are in palce until <br /> final grading can be accomplished in the Spring. <br />
