Plans and specifications provided by Aleck Cheney, <br /> Professional Engineer. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions . Motion carried 4-0. <br /> #2901 . Appeal by Daniel Kok for a Special Exception Permit <br /> as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, <br /> etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Waubesa at 2921 Camp Leonnard, <br /> Road being Lot #9, Camp Leonard - Section 4, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Kok OPPOSED: <br /> Board COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> HAMRE/KLUESNER to grant permit to fill, grade and retaining <br /> wall as constructed. <br /> Finding of Fact: <br /> 1) . Applicant had constructed a new residence (ZP 95-1200) <br /> that had been elevated slightly thusly requiring fill to <br /> North side of lot. <br /> 2) . Burcalow OPPOSED: <br /> Town Board COMMUNICATION: <br /> *Note, applicant has requested that variance issues be <br /> withdrawn at this time. <br /> HAMRE/KLUESNER to grant permit to allow fill, grade and <br /> retaining walls as constructed. <br /> Finding of Fact : <br /> 1) . Applicant had reconstructed stone retaining walls, <br /> walkway and decorative landscaping as previously existed. <br /> 2) .
