The project as planned, will not result in substantial <br /> detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful <br /> conditions . Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2873 . Porter - Roxbury - 9/25/97 P.H. <br /> KLOPP/KLUESNER to grant, with conditions,after rip-rappin permit to fill and <br /> Conditions : <br /> as Proposed. <br /> onditions : <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with <br /> the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved standards and all applicable PP ruled <br /> and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) o f Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances . ( ) of Dane County <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project . <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br /> 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon <br /> completion of project . <br /> 6) . Fill and grade after rip-rap installation has been <br /> inspected and approved by Zoning Staff and Department of <br /> Natural Resources . <br /> 8) . Silt fence remain up and maintained until vegetation is <br /> established. <br /> 9) . Permit valid April 20, 1998 with completion and <br /> certification deadline of May 31, 1998 . <br /> Finding of Fact : <br /> 1) . Project is intended to stabilize the shoreline and <br /> raise lawn area behind for maintenance. <br /> 2) . Lake level of Fish Lake continues to rise and wave <br /> action continues to erode. <br /> 3) . Project is similar to others in area attempting to <br /> loose more lands . <br /> 4) . Engineering specifications and oversight by Lee <br /> Bartlett, Professional Engineer. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to havigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions . Motion carried - 4-0 . <br />
