Extremely large right-of-way was granted on CSM approval in 1971 which <br /> made existing structure non-conforming. <br /> 3). Applicant has limited buildable area due to septic location, being a <br /> corner lot and extreme right-of-way width. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Hardship is caused by the ordinance and is not self-imposed. <br /> 2). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #2193.
