Appeal by Edwin Arnold for a variance from required maximum height of <br /> boathouse as provided by Sections 10.07(2) and 11.03(3) to permit 2-story <br /> boathouse as constructed at 3220 Aalseth Lane being Lot #5, Camp Dewey - <br /> Section 25, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: E & M Arnold OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> Quackenbush/Rendall to deny requested variance from maximum height of <br /> boathouse to permit boathouse as constructed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Boathouse was reconstructed without necessary zoning permit. <br /> 2). Boathouse replace former structure of purported greater height. <br /> 3). Second story of structure is not necessary to stabilize surrounding bank. <br /> 4). Second story of boathouse is intended to be utilized for habitation and <br /> storage. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #2175. Appeal by Paul Preufer for a variance from required maximum square <br /> footage of accessory building as provided by Section 10.04(1) to permit <br /> accessory building on vacant lot in residential district across from2781 Tower <br /> Road being Lot #1, Block #3, Greenridge Park - Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Preufer, J. Sayer, M. Meyer, G. Ransley, E. Wealti OPPOSED: <br /> --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> Quackenbush/Clark-Gaskill to deny requested variance to allows construction of <br /> accessory building on a vacant in the residential district. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Applicant proposes to locate 24' x 24' garage on vacant lot across Tower <br /> Road from applicant's residence. <br /> 2). Applicant already has 2 car garage attached to residence. <br /> 3). No similar variances granted in area. <br /> 4). Applicant presently has use of lot as open storage for recreational items. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #2176. Appeal by Roger Endres, agent for Marty Batz for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11.05(3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , <br /> within 300 feet of Lake Mendota being South of 4826 Batz Road in the SW 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4 - Section 33, Town of Westport. <br /> IN FAVOR: R.
