Lot is legally buildable at only 33 feet in width. <br /> 2). 24 foot is standard construction dimension. <br /> 3). Property is in an area of numerous nonconforming structure with several <br /> sideyard variances granted. <br /> 4). Proposed structure will incorporate attached garage and be without <br /> basement. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1).
