BOA MINUTES 12/19/91 <br /> Page 4 <br /> #2215. Appeal by EWI Engineering Associates, agent for Kurt Ehling for a <br /> Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11.05(3) to permit filling, <br /> grading, etc., within 300 feet of East Branch Blue Mounds Creek in the S 1/2 <br /> NW 1/4 - Section 31, Town of Black Earth. <br /> IN FAVOR: F. Grenzow OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: ---. <br /> Quackenbush/Rendall to grant, with conditions, permit to create a wildlife <br /> pond within 300 feet of East Branch Blue Mounds Creek. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4). Subject to obtaining necessary permits from all applicable government <br /> agencies. <br /> 5). Permit valid for 60 days from grant. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Project is intended to create a pond within existing wetland to enhance <br /> wildlife. <br /> 2). Project with appropriate permits is permitted in wetland and flood zone <br /> areas. <br /> 3). Project design and supervision by EWI Engineering Associates. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #2217. Appeal by William and Mary Bowers and Esther Prestegard for a variance <br /> from required rear yard as provided by Section 10.071(8)(b) to permit duplex <br /> as constructed at 6667 and 6669 Charlie Grimm Road - in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - <br /> Section 30, Town of Windsor. <br /> IN FAVOR: B. Bowers OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: ---. <br /> Quackenbush/Edgar to hold in abeyance until January Hearing pending applicant <br /> approaching adjoining owner about aquiring additional lands to alleviate need <br /> for variance. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. (Rendall, absent). <br /> #2218. Appeal by Barbara J. Wolfe, agent for Donald Wahlin for a Special <br /> Exception Permit as provided by Section 11.05(3) to permit filling, grading, <br /> etc., within 300 feet of Lake Kegonsa at 1989 Skyline Drive being Lot #1, CSM <br /> 5815 Part SW 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 29, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: B. Wolfe OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: ---. <br /> Edgar/Clark-Gaskill to hold in abeyance until January Hearing, as per request <br /> of applicant, to allow Town Board to comment. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0.
