That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Ordinance. <br /> 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Work was necessary to landscape after removal of "mound" septic system <br /> after installation of public sewer. <br /> 2). Engineering data has been submitted. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Request for clarification/reconsideration. <br /> #2132. Draugsvold - Windsor - 7/25/91. <br /> Quackenbush/Arts to find change of circumstance/evidence sufficient to <br /> reconsider denial of appeal. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Arts/Quackenbush to grant, with condition, variance of 25 more or less feet <br /> from required setback to normal high watermark to permit garage addition to <br /> existing residence. <br /> CONDITION: <br /> Addition will extend no nearer to normal high watermark than does existing <br /> residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Agent for applicant appeared at public hearing and was not authorized to <br /> deviate from original proposal. <br /> 2). Property adjoins lands within the Village of DeForest and residences are <br /> placed nearer or as near to normal high watermark. <br /> 3). At the time residence was built a variance was issued for present <br /> location and ordinance requirement was 50 foot minimum from normal high <br /> watermark. <br />
