Existing residence is 12-15-feet above centerline grade of highway. <br /> 2). Existing residence is surrounded to West and South sides by steep slope <br /> from hillside. <br /> 3). No objection from District #1 of State Highway Department nor would offer <br /> any highway obstruction. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is not contrary to rights of Others or to the public interest. <br /> 2). Porch is identical size to deck which was in disrepair. <br /> 2). Zoning Permit issued in error and project completed prior to department <br /> notice to owner. <br /> 3). Property is in an area of numerous non-conforming structures with <br /> variances granted. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2).
