MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY kmr, BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON OCTOBER 28, 1993 The following members were present: Lynch, Gaskill, Klopp, and Dreps ALSO: Fleck and Reynolds Meeting called to order at 6: 30 PM by V. Chair, Gaskill in Room 2E of the City County Building to hold public hearing as published by Class II Notice. Dreps/Klopp to amend minutes of 9/23/93 to read "Gaskill/Dreps to approve minutes of 8/26 and 9/21/93 , Motion carried - `R-0" . Dreps/Klopp to approve minutes as amended, Motion Carried 3-0. Lynch - Abstain. APPEALS FROM PREVIOUS HEARINGS: #2449 Keene-Westport 9/23/93 P.H. Lynch/Rlopp to hold appeal in abeyance until November meeting as per request of Agent, W. White. Motion Carried 4-0. *#2430 Keene - Westport 8/26/93 P.H. Agent has withdrawn request. #2421 Johnson - Pleasant Springs 7/22/93 P.H. IN FAVOR K. Johnson, T. Callaway Dreps/Lynch to grant, with conditions, revised Callaway Plan dated 10/27/93 "to fill and grade for driveway construction. CONDITIONS: 1. That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. 2 . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly Sec. 11. 05 (4) of Dane County Ordinance. 3 . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. 4. Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon completion of project. 5. Completion and certification deadline of November 28, 1993 . FINDING OF FACT: 1. Applicant has modified original request to delete road side parking area. 2 . Water flow is intended to be directed away from grinder pump. 3 . Professional engineering by Terry Callaway who is also trpe engineer for Pleasant Springs Sanitary District.
