That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the <br /> Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2 . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and <br /> regulations particularly Sec. 11. 05 (4) of DCO. <br /> 3 . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate <br /> of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the <br /> project. <br /> 4 . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon completion <br /> of project. <br /> 5. Completion and certification deadline of June 1, 1994 . <br /> 6. Applicant obtain all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals. <br /> FIND OF FACT: <br /> 1. Project in association with residential addition granted under <br /> VARIANCE #2398 (6/24/93 PH) for sideyard and setback from NHWM. <br /> 2 . Floor elevation will have to comply with standards of <br /> 11. 14 (3) (b) 1 or 2 . <br /> 3 . Rip-rap of shoreline to be under permit from DNR. <br /> 4 . The 2 proposed sump pumps will discharge into the Yahara <br /> River. <br /> 5. Plans and specifications submitted by Patrick Carroll - <br /> Professional Engineer. <br /> 6. Project is intended to move run-off away from residence <br /> without negatively impacting adjoining owners. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1.
